The quickest way to check out our packages and pricing? Just
shoot us an enquiry or
request a quote.
As soon as you do, we’ll reveal all the details—
packages, pricing, and resources—to help you decide if we’re the perfect match for your business.
If you're after a formal proposal, we’ll hop on a discovery call to learn more about your business and what you’re after. From there, we can craft a tailored quote that fits your project perfectly. Simple as that!
Our logo design projects usually take two weeks from start to finish to complete. However, there are a few factors that can affect the length of time it takes to reach final sign-off, such as client response times, how many amends are required, and how busy we are at the time. If our workload is particularly heavy, we’ll let you know before any payments are made to make sure the timeframe still works for you.
Unlike many agencies, we don’t believe in limiting the number of concepts or revisions—it's all part of the package.
We’ll kick things off by sharing a single idea we feel nails your brief. But if we miss the mark, no worries! We’ll keep working with you, one concept at a time, until you’re completely in love with the final design.
Every concept is carefully crafted using the insights from your initial interview, and we make sure each one lines up with the goals we set together at the start.
Once you give the final thumbs-up, we’ll polish it up and deliver your logo in all the formats and variations you’ll need. After your final payment, you’ll get the full set of files, with complete copyright ownership passed to you!
We base our logo designs on
the answers that you provide at the start of the project. To make sure you get the best results every step of the way, we recommend that you give us as much information as you can about exactly what you’re looking for, and what you hope to achieve throughout the
logo design process.
When we present the initial logo concepts to you, we’ll walk you through the reasons behind each design decision, and how they help you to achieve your business goals. From appealing to your target audience to highlighting an area of expertise, there are many ways that a logo can help to identify your brand.
It’s often important to remember that
a logo should be designed for your target audience, not for your business. If you don’t personally like a logo design, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t perform well. We want you to love your logo, but, even more importantly, we want to provide you with something that gets results.
When we take on your project, we’ll ask for a payment of 50% of the total cost up front. In the unlikely event that you still dislike all the
logo designs after the final revisions, we won’t ask you to pay the final balance.
The exact files and collateral you receive will depend on which package you choose.
However, every package always includes the following items:

Logo or Brand Style Guide
You will receive a logo or brand style guide, detailing how to use your new identity system. As well as helping your internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, this guide is ideal for distribution to external design agencies.
Logo Usage Document
You will also receive a logo usage document, providing a detailed description of the different types of logo we’ve sent you. This document will explain which version to use where, and why, helping you to make sure your logo always looks the way it’s supposed to!
We welcome your feedback throughout the logo project. In fact, it’s a really important part of
the design process. By letting us know what you do and don’t like, we can make changes and come up with a solution that you’re happy with.
Once your logo is signed off and paid for, however, any design changes will be
billable at an agreed hourly rate. Several small revisions can be made in an hour, while more complex changes will be more time consuming and thus more expensive.
Red Kite owns the copyright throughout the project. Once you’ve signed off the final design and made the final payment,
full copyright ownership of your logo will be transferred to you. We only reserve the right to show off your logo in our
design portfolio.
We can! As every logo is designed to be both simple and versatile, they work usually really well as animations.
To ensure the best outcome, we work closely with a third party for logo animation when it’s requested. This allows us to deliver the best animated logo results for digital applications such as websites and social media.
* Please be aware that logo animation is not included in logo design projects as standard and will incur an additional charge.
We do! While your logo is an extremely important part of creating a brand, it's just the tip of the iceberg. We also offer comprehensive branding solutions that include a full suite of visual design assets, as well as verbal and brand messaging elements.
In addition to our brand identity packages, we also offer graphic design services to build your business, including:
